Selection Process

1. Assessment Test: All the prospective students will have to appear for an Online Test on February 21, 2024. The test will be of 1 hour 20 minutes and consist of 50 questions. (40 Aptitude & 10 Technical)

2. Shortlisting: Students who will pass the test, will be shortlisted for the Technical/Personal Interview. The results will be revealed to students on February 22, 2024 only.

3. Technical/Personal Interview: Selected/Shortlisted candidates will have a Technical/Personal round of interview next week from the Assessment test at our campus with our Technical team.

4. HR Round: After the Technical interviews, the final selected students will be eligible for HR Round. The HR round will be held on the same day.

5. Offer Letter processing: Once all the interviews will be done, we will share the offer letter to the students in a day or two.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Software Developer (Intern) at Indira Securities Pvt. Ltd., You will learn Web & Mobile Application
Development and later on you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our algorithmic
trading products, backtesting tools, machine learning applications, and user interfaces. Key responsibilities
include:
- Would be building enterprise level applications.
- Would be doing programming on: Python/Flutter/Node.
- Algorithmic Trading Development: Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and optimize
algorithmic trading strategies that operate in real-time market conditions.
- Backtesting Tools: Build and maintain efficient backtesting frameworks to evaluate and validate trading
strategies using historical market data.
- Data Analysis: Utilize your strong understanding of stock market data and financial instruments to
analyse market trends and patterns for strategy development.
- Machine Learning Integration: Implement machine learning models and techniques to enhance trading
strategies, risk management, and decision-making processes.
- Front-End Development: Collaborate with front-end developers to design and implement user
interfaces for trading applications and data visualization tools.
- Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of algorithmic trading,
machine learning, front-end technologies, and financial markets. Apply innovative approaches to
enhance trading strategies and user experiences.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, processes, and strategies to ensure
seamless knowledge transfer and future enhancements.
Requirements:
- B.C.A. / M.C.A. - B.Sc. /M.Sc. (CS/Maths) / BE/B.Tech.
- Sound logical and analytical skills.
- Self-starter with strong self-management skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must have strong programming and logical skills.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good to have knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Javascript or Python

- Should be a quick learner.
- Should have zeal to learn new technologies.
Location:
This is a full-time position based out of our office at 6th Floor, Rafael Tower, Near Saket Square, Indore- 18.

Compensation:
Rs.1.8 LPA (Stipend Rs.5,000/- per month while in training)
On the Job Training:
There will be training period of 3-6 months in which particular Technology stack will be taught and skills will be
upgraded.

Internship selection process instructions

Laptop : Compulsory

1. System Requirements: 4GB RAM/ i3 Processor, 256 BG SSD, OS - Windows 10 or above)
2. Since we want the test to be done at the same / near time please ensure number of systems required as per number of students applied for the test. 

3. Software needs to be installed: Please ensure the below-mentioned softwares are pre-installed in the system; otherwise, the time taken to install these will be included in the test time, which is a 60-minute duration test.

• Visual Studio Code 1.85
• Git + Gitbash
• Python
• Node.js

4. Download the extension "Run on Save" and enable it on Visual Studio Code

6. Students must have a Github Account. If not please create one with their username in the below format for easy identification. (firstname_lastname)
7. Use only one Github account to clone and push the code to avoid any authentication issues.

Internship Period : 3 Months

Stipend Offer - 8K-12K

Students showing excellent skills during internship period will be eligible for PPO (Pre-Placement-Offer) of

3L-4L Per Annum
