Selection Process

Selection Process:

1. Written Test Round – Candidates will be required to appear for a written test conducted at SSi Digital Academy.
2. Technical Discussion – Shortlisted candidates from the test will go through a technical interview at SSi Digital Academy
3. Final Machine Round – If selected in the technical discussion, the final machine-based round will be conducted at Cubexo premises.

Required Skills (Must-Have):

• Python, Django, Django Rest Framework
• Basic Frontend (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Git, PostgreSQL

Good-to-Have:

• FastAPI, Flask, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB
• AWS, Docker & Compose, Kubernetes

4. Eligibility Criteria:

• Preferred: IT graduates
• Open to technically strong candidates from non-IT backgrounds
• Mandatory: Graduation must be completed.

Compensation:

Training Period - 6 Months - Stipend During Training₹10,000 per month

Post-Training - CTC₹2.5 LPA (subject to standard deductions: PT, PF, TDS, etc.)
